Devices must be in new or like-new cosmetic condition, with little to no visible signs of wear or scratches. The devices must be fully functional, have clean IMEI numbers, and not be locked (iCloud lock, Google lock, Samsung lock or MDM lock).
Devices must be in average cosmetic condition, with some signs of wear and tear such as light scratches or small dents, but should still be fully functional, have a clean IMEI number, and not be locked (iCloud lock, Google lock, Samsung lock or MDM lock).
Devices in this condition still function but may have heavy wear, cosmetic damage such a broken screen, have a bad IMEI number, and/or may be account locked. While we still accept these devices, the price offered is significantly lower.
Listed pricing is for carrier/network unlocked devices. Devices that are carrier/network locked are subject to a 10% price reduction.
We understand the importance of quick, hassle-free payments. Once we receive and inspect your devices, we’ll send a report and issue payment by check within 7–10 business days.
Absolutely! Include any old cell phones you wish to donate with your shipment.
When packaging your cell phones, it’s crucial to ensure their safety and prevent any damage during transit. We recommend securely packaging each phone individually, using protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam padding. This helps safeguard the phone you are selling as well as any donated phones.
We work with businesses, schools, police departments, event venues, and more. Individuals with five (5) or more qualifying phones are also welcome to participate.
For all devices purchased through our buyback program, we perform a certified factory reset as part of our standard inspection process to ensure personal data is removed.
To avoid delays and ensure you receive full value, please turn off any activation locks (like Apple’s Find My iPhone or Samsung/Google accounts) before sending your devices. View our data removal guide.
To ensure safe shipping, keep each box under 25 pounds, roughly 50 phones per box.
We accept phones in a range of conditions, from like-new to damaged, as long as they meet our eligibility requirements.
Excellent Condition: Like new, fully functional, no damage or major wear. Clean IMEI and no locks (iCloud, Google, Samsung, MDM).
Good Condition: Light wear (minor scratches or scuffs), fully functional, clean IMEI, and unlocked.
Poor/Damaged Condition: Heavy wear, cracked screens, or functional issues. May include devices with bad IMEIs or account locks. These are accepted at a reduced rate.
