Prepare your electronics to ship. Follow our step-by-step guide on how to erase data from your devices, and safely package your e-waste.

Do not include original boxes or instruction manuals with your recycling electronic items, all we need are the devices themselves.

You can include the batteries with your cell phones, but please leave them installed in the cell phones when packaging them for shipment. Cell phones are designed to keep batteries grounded when attached, so it’s important not to disconnect or remove the batteries before sending them to us.
