That’s okay. Non-working Kyocera phones can still be recycled. Devices that cannot be reused or wiped may be physically destroyed or responsibly recycled.
We use certified data erasure software to securely wipe data from eligible devices prior to reuse. Devices that cannot be erased, such as locked or non-functional phones, are responsibly recycled and physically destroyed for material recovery.
Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Data Destruction confirming that devices were securely processed in accordance with industry standards.
